Q. How good are your DVDs

Most of the DVDs are mastered from original Hi Quality VHS tapes recorded in SP mode. Most of the SCIFI era episodes (Seasons 8-10) were mastered directly to MPG2 digital format via hardware capture to my PC. With the exception of the KTMA episodes of which there have never been any excellent quality originals available, and a few Season 1 episodes which were rarely shown after their original broadcast, my episodes are in excellent condition. The DVDs themselves are encoded in 720x480 format using a high bitrate for maximum quality. The DVDs have a main menu and a chapter selection.

Q. How long have you been doing this.

My first DVD burner cost almost $800 and a single blank DVD-Rs (purchased in bulk) cost me $12 each. In other words, a LONG time.

Q. How do I know if my DVD Player is compatible.

I use high quality blank DVD-Rs which are compatible on 99.9% of DVD Players. I haven't come across a DVD player in years that couldn't play my DVDs.

Q. What is your return policy?

Technically there are no returns, but I will replace any defective DVDs. I may ask for you to return the defective DVD so that I can test it. There are exceptions to everything and the extremely few issues that have arisen have always been dealt with to both parties satisfaction.

Q. How are you packaging your DVDs?

DVDs are sent in a paper sleeve with the episode number written on the sleeve.

A DVD case w/insert is available for an additional $2 per episode.

Q. I live in another country, can I still receive tapes from you?

Sure can. I have shipped DVDs all over the world, However, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges as well as any Customs charges. My DVDs are region free.
